Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and dog Charlie. He is a keen golfer and a follower of football and rugby league.

Gracie is our Marketing Assistant who works closely with the Marketing Manager, Lauren. Grace plays various roles across the business, including web design and management, building our brand and social media presence, graphic design, videography, and assisting on wider Marketing strategies.

Lucie&nbsp;is a Senior Consultant at Fintelligent, bringing over four years of specialist recruitment experience within the commercial finance sector. Tom is the Divisional Manager for Real Estate &amp; Senior Debt, a sector he has supported since 2021.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on originating high-quality bridging opportunities, developing intermediary relationships and working closely with credit and operations to move viable cases through to completion.

Package & Benefits 
• £65,000–£70,000 per annum.

About the Company 
You’ll join a digital bridging lender providing residential, commercial and light-refurbishment finance to property professionals through the intermediary market. The business combines specialist lending expertise with a streamlined, technology-enabled customer journey.

Key Responsibilities 
• Originate and convert high-quality bridging opportunities through brokers, packagers and introducers. 
• Develop new intermediary relationships while increasing business from established accounts. 
• Work closely with underwriting and operations to structure viable cases and drive them efficiently to completion. 
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account activity to support consistent lending growth.

About You 
• Proven business development or relationship-management experience within bridging finance or specialist property lending. 
• Demonstrable track record of originating and converting lending through broker and intermediary channels.
