If you have experience in a customer-facing sales or financial services role and want to build a long-term career as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist lender that will invest in your future. With a fully funded CeMAP qualification, structured training, and ongoing coaching, you'll have everything you need to become a successful Mortgage Advisor.

You'll work alongside experienced advisors, learn the mortgage market from the ground up, and develop the knowledge and confidence to provide tailored lending solutions to customers across the UK.

Package & Benefits for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

  • Salary of £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Fully funded CeMAP qualification and structured training programme.
  • Uncapped OTE of £50,000, with typical earnings around £41,000.
  • Hybrid working after probation, with three days in the Manchester office.
  • Up to 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

Key Responsibilities for Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

  • Learn to provide tailored mortgage advice by working closely with experienced Mortgage Advisors.
  • Manage customer enquiries, gather information, and support customers throughout the mortgage application journey.
  • Build your knowledge of mortgage products, FCA regulations, and responsible lending while completing your funded CeMAP qualification.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working towards individual performance and quality targets.

About You

  • At least 12 months' experience in a KPI driven sales or financial services role.
  • Motivated to complete a fully funded CeMAP qualification and build a career in mortgage advice.
  • Experience working within a target-driven or regulated environment.
